In addition we retail high-quality braiding hair and premium hair bundles. We offer both regulated and unregulated services with care, creativity and compliance. We proudly provide: **Regulated Services**: Eyelash Extensions **Unregulated Services**: Hair Braiding, Hairstyling, Wig Creation off head, Custom Cranial Prosthesis Fittings off head, & Makeup Application. **Medical Wig Services**: For individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions such as Alopecia, Cancer treatments, Lupus and more. Insurance reimbursement may be available through private insurance and FSA/HSA accepted. (Medicaid coming soon) **House Calls**: This is for (Homebound) clients only. We accommodate individuals with accessibility or medical needs for those who are unable to travel to the salon and live in licensed care facility or group home. To maintain a safe and compliant environment for both our clients and staff, the following policies apply: • Homebound due to disability, injury, illness, or medical condition • Unable to safely access salon services due to mobility or sensory needs • Verification: Clients may be asked to complete a screening form to confirm eligibility. In some cases, documentation (e.g., doctor’s note or facility contact) may be required. • Safety Requirement: For safety reasons, Lashoratory reserves the right to: • Decline or reschedule a mobile service if the location or circumstances pose a safety concern. • Require photo ID or pre-payment before confirming any house call. • False Bookings: Submitting false information or misrepresenting your eligibility may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of any deposit. We are currently **Appointment Only** Hours of Operation: Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, by appointment only. While we do not accept walk-in clients, appointments may be scheduled during these hours to accommodate client needs. We also offer 24-hour emergency coverage for medically necessary issues related to our services (e.g., urgent cranial prosthesis needs).Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.
As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24 -hour notice will result in a 20% cancel fee.
